You’re invited to contribute to the development of YDHS’ Strategic Plan.

This important piece of work will guide our activities over the next several years and it’s essential that we hear from the local community about what’s important to them when it comes to the delivery of health services in Yarram and surrounding districts.

Your input and insights will make sure that we’re focussed on delivering the services that are needed most by our local community.

There are multiple ways you can participate in the engagement process.

• Register for a phone interview between 16 and 28 March 2025. Send your preferred interview date, time and contact number to Claire Edwards at claire@taghealth.com.au or phone 0438 112 347.
• Chat face to face in Yarram on 25 March 2025 in a variety of locations, including in front of Woolworths between 9:15am and 11:15am.
