Home Care Packages
For many years Yarram and District Health staff have been providing services, such as in home assistance and allied health to the community on Home Care Packages coordinated by other agencies. Our decision to become a coordinating agency was made because we believe:
- our local knowledge will support people on Home Care Packages to have services that keep them connected to their home and community;
- the Home Care Package funds stay in the local area rather than going to an agency with no local base;
- we can offer better value for money
If you would like to discuss how Yarram and District Health Service can support you to get the best local value out of your home care package, please call 1800 934 722
