This is a 4 week program facilitated by our Dietitian and aims to improve the health and wellbeing of people living in our community.

This program provides support, education and encouragement in relation to goal setting, emotional eating and overcoming barriers to healthy eating.  Our dietitian will show you how to read food labels in the supermarket, teach you how to make healthy meals at home, provide you with a sample meal plan, discuss emotional eating and how to manage this and support you to reach your health goals.
