Supporting our vulnerable Clients during COVID lockdowns

In the face of lockdown our YDHS Social Support Group have been busy preparing ‘take home packs’ for our over 65’s community social group.  These take-home packs, that were delivered to the clients home, include many items from their regular program.

Each pack is tailored to the clients interests and each pack has been greatly appreciated.

Offering support to our young community members

YDHS have always been keen to support our local children through apprenticeships and traineeships.

To build on this the Board are considering their areas of need in our workforce, now and into the future and how that can be combined with supporting local children who wish to enter university.  More information to be released soon.
